Seven Ocean Hydraulics manufactures a variety of hydraulic modular stack valves with check functions including direct operated check valve, vacuum check valve, pilot operated check valve and decompression type pilot operated check valve. Series MXX-02, MXX-03 and MXX-04 are available depending on the flow rate requirement in the system. Pressure is rated at 320 bar / 4570 psi, flow rate at 50 (13.2), 100 (26.4), 300(79.3) lpm (gpm) in Series MXX-02, MXX-03 and MXX-04 respectively.

Seven Ocean Hydraulics CRG Series Valves are right angle check valves with fixed cracking pressure which allow free flow of fluid in one direction and are restricted from flowing in the reverse direction.

Pilot Controlled Check Valve

Seven Ocean Hydraulics CPDG Series Pilot Controlled Check Valves are much like direct operated valves, they permit free flow in one direction and prevent flow in the reverse direction, however, pilot operated valves permit reverse flow when a pilot pressure signal is applied to the valve's pilot port.

Seven Ocean Hydraulics PFV Series Pre-fill Valve is a type of non-return valve or drain valve. The pre-fill valves are used to suction / discharge hydraulic fluid between a cylinder and a tank.

Modular Throttle Check Valve

Seven Ocean Hydraulics MTC series valve is used for actuator speed control. It is meant for controlling flow in one direction in the system by throttle of flow and allows free flow in the opposite direction.

Seven Ocean's MCV Series Modular Check Valve is a direct operated check valve that provides free flow in one direction and prevents reverse flow in a circuit.

Modular Pilot Operated Check Valve

Seven Ocean Hydraulics MPC Series Pilot Operated Check Valve features dual check functions in Port A and B. These valves enable flow through one or both service lines A or B, and allow the flow to travel the opposite direction through the other service line using a pilot operated check. If there is pressure in one working line, the check valve will be open on the other working line.

Modular Decompression Type Pilot Operated Check Valve

Seven Ocean Hydraulics MPD Series valve is similar to the MPC Series except that the decompression valves have a compound poppet which allows the system to "decompress" or the valve to open prior to actually opening.

Pilot Operated Check Valve

Series Seven Ocean Hydraulics' MBP-03 valve is a pilot operated check valve to be used with BLV-03 balance valve. It is applied between a balance valve and a manifold, and it functions as a safety valve to prevent cylinder from moving in the case of unexpected electrical short.
