Seven Ocean Hydraulics' HPCS- High Pressure Coolant System pumps coolant for machine tools at pressure at 70 bar / 1000 psi. For applications of machining precision parts, high pressure coolant system should be used.

When parts are machined, considerable amount of heat is generated during the process that would deform parts, crack the tools, or even unintentionally heat treating the parts. This is where high pressure coolant system comes in to provide cooling effect, quench the metal chips and flush them away from the parts. This produces better parts, allows more efficiency and greatly extends the life of the cutting tool.
